The Ritz-Carlton Club, Aspen Highlands Doubles Amenities to Set New Standard in Fractional Second Home Ownership
ASPEN HIGHLANDS, Colo., – December 1, 2004 –What does a fractional ownershipresort recently named “Best of the Best” by a leading luxury magazine do to further exceed all expectations? The Club’s architecturally stunning and award-winning property sits at the base of Aspen Highlands Mountain, offering ski-in/ski-out access to one of the country’s most legendary slopes, and is located minutes from the Maroon Bells wilderness area, one of the most pristine mountain areas in the country. The new amenities will be located at The Ritz-Carlton Club’s White River Lodge building, which include:
- A 2,600-square-foot spa and fitness center with cardio equipment, yoga/personal training room, treatment rooms, and men’s and ladies’ locker and steam rooms.
- A family activity center with table games, a video game room, computer room and a media lounge with wide-screen TV and surround sound.
- A slopeside heated pool complete with cascading fountains and a naturally landscaped deck overlooking Aspen Highlands Mountain, along with a new whirlpool spa and fire pit.
The Ritz-Carlton Club, Aspen Highlands includes two- and three-bedroom residences equipped with every amenity from imported bedding and plush linens to the latest edition household appliances. The interior décor reflects casual mountain elegance, with wide-planked wooden floor, fieldstone fireplaces, patterned area rugs and Western-themed artwork. The 73 residences at The Ritz-Carlton Club, Aspen Highlands are purchased in one-twelfth interests, entitling access for a minimum of 28 days each year. Pricing ranges from $190,000 to $510,000 per interest. Additionally, Members are granted nightly access on a space available basis.
