Nicholas Dimeglio Named General Manager of The Ritz-Carlton Club, Aspen Highlands


ASPEN, Colo. – August 13, 2007 –The Ritz-Carlton Club, Aspen Highlands is pleased to announce the appointment of Nicholas DiMeglio as general manager. DiMeglio joins The Club after previously serving as general manager of The Williamsburg Inn in historic Colonial Williamsburg, Va.


A second generation hotelier and third generation restaurateur, DiMeglio began his hospitality career 35 years ago. He has extensive experience in the luxury hotel industry including working at AAA Five Diamond, Greenbrier resort in White Sulpher Springs, W.Va, and serving in several positions within Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts, and three Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company properties: Buckhead in Atlanta, Phoenix and Rancho Mirage, Calif. He has also worked at three different mountain resorts. Under DiMeglio’s guidance at The Williamsburg Inn, the property was honored with the Nation’s Restaurant News Fine Dining Hall of Fame Award.


“Mr. DiMeglio is an industry veteran with a rich history in the luxury resort market,” said John Cottrill, senior vice president, The Ritz-Carlton Residences and Club. “We are honored to have him return to The Ritz-Carlton and lead this exceptional Club.”


DiMeglio is a graduate of James Madison University in Harrisonburg, Va. and is a certified public accountant. An avid swimmer, golfer and skier, DiMeglio is relocating to Aspen with his wife, Martha.
