The Ritz-Carlton Club and Residences, San Francisco Achieves More Than $100 Million in Sales
SAN FRANCISCO – June 12, 2006 – The Ritz-Carlton Club and Residences, San Francisco, released today the results of their recent sales launch event at The Ritz-Carlton, San Francisco. With over $106.1 million in real estate sales, the company is pleased with the balanced interest they received as they welcomed 45 private Residence Owners and 57 fractional Club Members. The Ritz-Carlton Club and Residences, San Francisco began accepting sales reservations for both real estate options in February; however, this was the first opportunity for interested parties to enter the contract phase. The San Francisco location represents the first urban property for The Ritz-Carlton Club brand.

It is scheduled to open in November 2007.
The private ownership Residences will offer a choice of contemporary or traditional interior design packages to suit the homeowner’s preferred style. Prices on the one-, two- and three-bedroom Residences vary from approximately $1.2 million to over $5 million, depending on floor plan selected. The Ritz-Carlton Club and Residences, San Francisco will also include four, two-story private Penthouse Residences in two-, three- and four-bedroom styles with floor plans ranging from 2,090 square feet to 3,565 square feet.
The Club memberships offer one-twelfth, deeded interests with one-, two- and three-bedroom floor plans starting at approximately $200,000 per interest.
