The Ritz-Carlton Club and Residences, South Beach Opens Sales Gallery
MIAMI BEACH, FLA. – May 17, 2006 – The Ritz-Carlton Club and Residences, South Beach has opened a 1,100 square-foot sales gallery at The Ritz-Carlton, South Beach. Located on the hotel’s lobby level, the gallery provides sales information on the new residential development. A revitalization of Miami Beach’s historic Seville Beach Hotel, The Ritz-Carlton Club and Residences will offer 86 private Residences and 45 fractional Club residences.
Construction is slated to begin in January 2007, and occupancy is scheduled for 2009. Plans call for the existing Seville Beach Hotel, located at 2901 Collins Avenue, to be converted into The Ritz-Carlton Club and Residences, South Beach, along with the addition of two new 17-story and 20-story residential towers.
The Residences will offer spacious one-, two-, three- and four-bedroom floor plans and a few five- and six-bedroom penthouses and townhomes. Ranging in size from 941 to 7,459 square feet, the Residences will provide sweeping ocean and city views from expansive terraces and fully-equipped kitchens with the finest appliances. Prices begin at the $900,000s. Fractional Club sales will follow this summer featuring a one-twelfth deeded interest.
This beachfront property offers Owners and Club Members all the comforts of living full- or part-time with the legendary, personalized services and amenities of The Ritz-Carlton. Planned Residence amenities include dedicated concierge, a signature restaurant and private dining room, in-residence gourmet dining, a state-of-the-art fitness facility and full-service Ritz-Carlton Spa, Ritz Kids program, and a beachfront experience complete with five pools, three whirlpool spas, Ritz-Carlton’s signature cabanas, and a pool bar and grill.
The project is being co-developed by Lionstone Development, owners of The Ritz-Carlton, South Beach and co-developers of Epic Residences & Hotel in Downtown Miami and Fortune International, luxury developers of Jade Residences at Brickell Bay, Jade Ocean, Jade Beach and Le Meridien Sunny Isles Beach. The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company, LLC, a recognized leader in luxury and service, will manage the property.
