The Ritz-Carlton Golf Club & Spa, Jupiter appoints new Project Director, Stephanie Sobeck

JUPITER, Fla. – February 15, 2006 – Stephanie Sobeck has been appointed project director at The Ritz-Carlton Golf Club & Spa, Jupiter. Ms. Sobeck will be responsible for overseeing the sales and marketing at the 285-acre private golf club community that features four distinctive home-ownership options – The Residences, The Estates, The Villas and the fractional ownership Club Homes; a 15,000 square foot spa and an 18-hole Jack Nicklaus Signature Golf Course.

Ms. Sobeck has a seven-year history with Marriott Vacation Club International (MVCI). She began her career as a graduate school intern at MVCI’s corporate headquarters in Orlando, Fla. and quickly moved into management, holding positions as management associate; technical process owner of new products, which involved identifying possible sites in the company’s top ten markets up through delivery of an operational sales center and resort; and project delivery leader over the European region. Ms. Sobeck also served as senior director of revenue and inventory management of the East and Caribbean regions. She was most recently the project director of Marriott’s Fairway Villas at Seaview in Absecon, N.J.

A graduate of Albright College in Reading, Pa., Ms. Sobeck received a master’s degree from Cornell University in Ithaca, N.Y. She currently resides in Jupiter, Fla.

“Stephanie Sobeck’s stellar track record with Marriott and her thorough knowledge of the sales and marketing of a property make her an excellent addition to our team,” said general manager, Craig Martin. “We anticipate that this will be an exciting year for Jupiter as we celebrate the third year that our Clubhouse is open to residents and members, and Stephanie’s expertise is pivotal to our success.”

The Jack Nicklaus Signature Golf Course, as well as The Ritz-Carlton Spa, primarily serve residents of the property, although a limited number of non-resident memberships are available. Member amenities include the golf course and spa, a 68,000 square-foot clubhouse, tennis courts, member’s lounge, locker rooms with stewards, a resort-style swimming pool with waterfalls, a Ritz Kids program and private dining facilities including a Ritz-Carlton signature restaurant and a casual pool bar and grill.
