The Abaco Club on Winding Bay offers nightly rental packages for Guests
ABACO, The Bahamas – November 17, 2010 – The Abaco Club on Winding Bay, A Ritz-Carlton Managed Club offers Guests a privileged glimpse into this luxurious vacation lifestyle in this out-island sanctuary. The exceptional 534-acre Club offers an array of pampered treatments at the European-style spa, to world-class bone fishing. The nightly packages are available January 1 through May 1, 2010 starting at $449 per night for a cabana and $1,499 per night for a two-bedroom cottage.*
Known for its secluded, Member-only residential atmosphere, The Club features octagonally-designed cabanas nestled along the first fairway that are just a short stroll to the pristine, white powder beaches. Guests stay in spacious cabanas adorned in the vibrant colors of blue, turquoise, orange, coral and soft neutrals – a color palette inspired by Abaco’s surrounding seas, sunsets and sandy beaches. Bamboo flooring throughout the cabana leads Guests through French doors to a furnished porch, which boasts views of the golf course.
With approximately 570 square feet of living area, each cabana provides a master bedroom with a king bed and a walk-in cedar closet. Additionally, a sitting area with sleeper sofa and lounge chairs, 42-inch plasma television, Bose sound system with DVD and CD players, desk and chair, marble-topped wet bar and under-the-counter sub-zero refrigerator/ice maker, and complimentary Wi-Fi access complete the experience.
Additionally, two-, three- and four-bedroom cottages may be rented for nightly stays. Influences for the cottages were drawn from traditional Bahamian buildings on the island. All of the cottages include large, welcoming porches reflective of their southern hospitality inspiration, while the interiors boast fine finishes such as warm wood floors, bead paneling and vaulted tongue and groove ceilings. Cottage amenities include a contemporary kitchen, televisions in all bedrooms, luxury furnishings and outdoor showers. The color palettes are derived from the surrounding turquoise blue and azure green ocean, as well as sandy neutrals.
