THE RITZ-CARLTON CLUB, LAKE TAHOE OPENS MEMBERSHIP GALLERY FOR FRACTIONAL RESERVATIONS LAUNCH
TRUCKEE, Calif. – March 13, 2008 – Announced today, The Ritz-Carlton Club, Lake Tahoe is accepting pre-construction sales reservations for its 78 ski-in/ski-out fractional ownership residences nestled within Northstar Resort. As part of the reservations launch, the property opened its membership gallery in the Village-at-Northstar, where a residence model is also scheduled for viewing early this summer.
Targeted to open in late 2009, The Ritz-Carlton Club, Lake Tahoe will offer contemporary mountain elegance in a spectacular mid-mountain setting. The two-, three- and four-bedroom residences ranging from approximately 1,423 to 2,434 square feet will boast mountain and valley views of the Sierra Nevada, and interior designs inspired by Washoe Indian influences. Currently, fractional prices start in the low $200,000s to more than $600,000 per deeded, one-twelfth interest.
Club amenities* include a heated pool and whirlpool hot tubs, ski valet and locker facilities, fitness center, members’ lounge and multi-purpose boardroom. Members will also take pleasure in a 21,000 square-foot spa and multiple restaurants at the neighboring Ritz-Carlton resort. Additionally, Tahoe Mountain Club membership provides privileged access to on-mountain dining at Schaffer’s Camp; golf at Coyote Moon and Old Greenwood; and private lakefront dining at Wild Goose. Newly appointed Project Director, Eric Moulton is spearheading all marketing and sales for the new property. A Cornell University graduate with a Master of Management in Hospitality degree, Moulton has nearly twenty years of experience in the luxury travel and hospitality industry. In 2001, he joined Marriott Vacation Club International after founding an online luxury travel business. Prior to joining The Ritz-Carlton Club, Lake Tahoe team, Moulton was the director of sales and marketing for the brand’s West region.
