This historic building is now going through a loving restoration, and will be accompanied by the addition of two new tower buildings. The Ritz-Carlton Club and Residences, South Beach, a private Member only property with no hotel component, will offer residents a singularly refined home and pampered lifestyle surrounded by the irrepressible vibe that is SoBe.
